How to ask us to remove an image

If an intimate image of you was shared on Cookmee without your consent, you can ask us to remove it. We handle these requests within 48 hours of a valid request, and we make reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies.

What to include

Send us:

• the link to the content, or a description that lets us find it
• a statement that the image was shared without your consent
• your physical or electronic signature
• your contact details, so we can reach you

Where to send it

Use Report on the recipe or profile and choose the intimate-image reason, or email the address shown on the Legal and about page in the app. Reports made in the app are treated as a valid request.

Copyright

To report content that copies your work, use Report on the recipe, or email the same address. Say what the work is, where it appears, that you believe in good faith the use is not allowed, and that your notice is accurate and you may act for the owner.

What happens next

We remove the content while we check it, tell you what we did, and may close accounts that break the rules.
